Microsoft Project 2010 Scheduling for Success is a 12-hour hands-on course consisting of 4/3hr sessions, held daily from 12:00 - 3:00pm ET.  Thr course is designed to teach participants how to use Microsoft Project Professional 2010 as a project management tool for the execution of a full project life cycle.  The course is designed to teach participants on how to spend the least amount of time possible in the tool and get the maximum benefit from it.

This course walks through every step of creating and managing a schedule in Project Professional 2010 and provides the opportunity for participants to practice their new skills through hands-on exercises.

Target Audience

Anyone who struggles with the day-to-day use of MS Project or just wants to learn how to use the tool more effectively will benefit from this course.
