Course Overview

 MPN Project Server 2010 for Project Managers is an 18 hour training course consisting of 6/3hr online sessions, held daily from 12:00 - 3:00pm ET.  The course is specially designed for Project Managers who will use Project Server as a tool to manage their day-to-day responsibilities as a Project/Program Manager.  The course is a unique blend of instruction, hands-on exercise, and workshops on how to develop and maintain project schedules in Project Server 2010.  Students can bring their own project plans to use in the workshops.

In addition to the traditional instructor-led course, this course includes a real working training environment for students to use for two weeks after completion of the course. 

Target Audience

This course is specially designed by Project and Program Managers who have used Microsoft Project Professional or Server in the past but now want to be trained in the Project Professional or Server 2010 versions.
