For the last ten years Cindy has worked as a Management Consultant and Instructor with a specific focus on Enterprise Project Management and Project Scheduling with Microsoft Project. She has worked with client organizations to improve their Enterprise Project Management systems by implementing project management practices and configuring Microsoft Project Server. In addition to consulting, Cindy has also trained more than a thousand people on the use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server to create and track project schedules.
